Payment Policy

At HerEra, we provide secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience simple and reliable.

Prepaid Payment Options

Customers may pay online using the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

• UPI
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Net banking
• Supported digital wallets
• HerEra Store Credit, where applicable

Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping across India.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, device or customer location.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes within India.

• A ₹99 COD shipping and handling charge applies to every COD order.
• COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, product and successful order verification.
• COD orders may be verified through an OTP, telephone call, SMS or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
• HerEra reserves the right to cancel an order that cannot be verified.
• Customers must pay the complete order amount to the courier partner at delivery. Partial payment is not accepted.
• Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Payment Security

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. HerEra does not directly collect or store customers’ complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Customers should never share their OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password with HerEra, its employees or courier partners.

Payment Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after:

• Successful payment authorisation for prepaid orders; or
• Successful verification for eligible COD orders.

Customers will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp using the contact details provided at checkout.

Payment Failure

If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers should:

1. Wait for confirmation from their bank or payment provider.
2. Check their HerEra account and registered email.
3. Contact connect@hererashop.in with the transaction reference and payment screenshot if the issue continues.

Failed or interrupted payments are generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider. The time required will depend on their processing timelines.

Customers should not make a second payment unless the first transaction is confirmed as unsuccessful.

Duplicate Payments

If HerEra receives payment more than once for the same order, the verified duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing by the bank or payment gateway may take approximately 7–10 business days after the refund is initiated.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

Approved cancellations and refunds will be processed according to HerEra’s Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policies.

Eligible returns will ordinarily be refunded as HerEra Store Credit valid for one year.

Refunds to the original payment method will be provided only in the circumstances specified in HerEra’s Refund Policy or where required under applicable law.

Offers and Discounts

• Discount codes must be applied before completing payment.
• Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed.
• Only eligible offers may be used together.
• If an order is returned, the refund or store-credit value will be based on the final amount paid after discounts.
• HerEra reserves the right to cancel an offer or an order involving suspected misuse, fraud or a technical pricing error.

International Payments

International payment options will be displayed only when available for the customer’s country and delivery location.

International customers may be responsible for currency-conversion charges, international banking fees, customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by HerEra unless expressly included at checkout.
