Shipping Policy

At HerEra, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely, securely and as quickly as possible
across India.

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery orders: A shipping and handling charge of ₹99 per order will
  apply.
• COD availability may depend on the customer’s delivery PIN code and successful
  order verification.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the
  order is confirmed.
  
  Order Processing
  Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after
  confirmation.
  Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  During launches, sales and festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  
  Estimated Delivery Time
  
  
  
• Metro cities: Approximately 3–5 business days
  
•  Other locations: Approximately 5–7 business days
  
• Remote or difficult-to-service locations: Up to 7–10 business days
  
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions,
  
• public holidays or circumstances beyond HerEra’s control.
  
  Order Tracking
  
  Once an order is dispatched, the customer will receive tracking details by email, SMS or
  WhatsApp on the contact information provided while placing the order.
  
  Address and Contact Details
  
  Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN
  code and active mobile number.
  Address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched,
  HerEra may not be able to modify the delivery address.
  
  Cash on Delivery Orders
  
  COD orders may be confirmed through a phone call, OTP or WhatsApp message before
  dispatch. HerEra reserves the right to cancel an unverified COD order.
  Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from using the COD
  facility for future purchases.
  
  Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us
atconnect@hererashop.in with your order number.
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please record a clear unboxing
video and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Verified cases will be handled
according to HerEra’s Returns and Refund Policy.

Undelivered and Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to HerEra because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient,
repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges
may apply for redispatch.
Any refund approved for such an order will be processed according to HerEra’s Refund
Policy after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.
By placing an order with HerEra, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy.
