We currently offer domestic shipping across India.

Same Day Delivery is available exclusively in Mumbai, subject to serviceability and availability at the time of checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

Express Delivery (Across India)

• Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹60.

• Orders of ₹999 and above are eligible for free shipping.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Same Day Delivery (Mumbai Only)

• Available exclusively for eligible delivery addresses in Mumbai.

• Shipping charge: ₹100 per order.

• Delivery is intended to be completed on the same day, subject to order placement time, location serviceability, and courier availability.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days after successful order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details through your registered email address or mobile number.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Express orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days.

• Same Day Delivery orders in Mumbai are intended to be delivered on the same day, subject to availability and successful order placement within the applicable delivery window.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address or mobile number.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details while placing their orders.

HerEra will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we work with reliable delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeline, please contact our customer support team with your order number so that we can assist you.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

We take utmost care to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.

If you receive a damaged package, an incorrect item, or find any product missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please share:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the package and product.

• An unboxing video, if available.

• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your concern and assist you in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping services within India only. Any changes to our international shipping services will be communicated on our website.
